This service is provided free of charge to you.
If your DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels, under certain conditions, you may invoke binding arbitration for some residual claims not resolved by other redress mechanisms. 4V Services remains responsible for personal information that is transferred to third parties for processing under DPF Principles. Each third party is contractually required to provide the same level of data protection required by the DPF Principles.
4V Services is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding compliance with the DPF Principles.
